FORT MYERS, Florida — Grady Little’s debut as Boston Red Sox manager was less than successful. Jay Canizaro hit a solo homer off Tim Wakefield during an eight-run fifth inning as the Minnesota Twins posted a 10-7 Grapefruit League victory over the Red Sox. Little was on the bench for the first time since taking over as Boston manager on Tuesday.
